September 9, 2017 I hosted my 3rd annual Knight of Champions show which was a huge success! I coached 4 athletes for this show, 3 in figure and 1 in bikini. I am more than happy to report that Shelbi Dyck won the OVERALL figure title and her best friend Michelle Seymour took 2nd place in Figure A! In addition, Jennifer Bach took home 3rd in masters figure and Stephanie Clavelin a 5th in Bikini B.
