It seems everywhere we look there is another miracle weight loss supplement on the market yet I see people gaining more weight than every before. I will always suggest some supplements however; the list is not lengthy and not expected to perform any miracles. You do that with the right work.

This might sound shocking but nutrition is 90% of your success. Eating real one ingredient non-processed foods, doing weight bearing exercise and some cardio.

Before we begin working together, we will talk about goals. Photos are sent along with all measurements and stats. Once we begin working together, detailed weekly check ins are sent along with photos. Training plans change monthly and nutrition changes are made as needed. At times, we may Skype or FaceTime as well.

I am certified by the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as an Elite trainer. I hold a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Specialization in Strength and Conditioning and Specialist in Exercise Therapy designations. I am currently working on my Specialization in Strength and Conditioning. I also hold a second Sports Nutrition Specialization with Human Kinetics.
