No. I coach anyone who is serious about their health and goals and wants to be the best version of themselves.
Before we begin working together, we will talk about goals. Photos are sent along with all measurements and stats. Once we begin working together, detailed weekly check ins are sent along with photos. Training plans change monthly and nutrition changes are made as needed. At times, we may Skype or FaceTime as well.
A good coach will keep you accountable and motivate you to be the best you can be. Individualized meal and training plans that are specific to your goals at any given time.
I am certified by the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as an Elite trainer. I hold a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Specialization in Strength and Conditioning and Specialist in Exercise Therapy designations. I am currently working on my Specialization in Strength and Conditioning. I also hold a second Sports Nutrition Specialization with Human Kinetics.
